Ronita has 9 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults in a variety of settings to include community mental health, acute behavioral health, and outpatient services. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with great understanding in a range of mental health challenges to include but limited to depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation and coping skills. I am currently specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Grief and Trauma. Ronita’s mission centers around empowering individuals and couples to navigate their mental health journey with empathy, respect, and commitment. Her evidence-based, holistic approach seamlessly blends traditional therapy modalities with innovative mind-body integration strategies, fostering an atmosphere of compassion, safety, and growth for every client.
